How do you find the right candidates?
The RUB Career Fair is aimed at students from all stages of study and faculties at Ruhr University Bochum. The career opportunities on offer therefore include not only positions for graduates starting their careers, but also numerous opportunities for career orientation and as a starting point for a successful career. These include internships, working student positions and the opportunity to supervise student research projects or theses.
Who organises the RUB Career Fair in Bochum?
The RUB Career Fair is the official company contact fair of the Ruhr University Bochum and is organised in cooperation with the experienced trade fair team at Red Braid Marketing GmbH. Preparations for the next company contact fair are ongoing throughout the year. Your questions about the organisation of the fair and participation opportunities will be answered here.

More InformationHow does your company benefit from the RUB Career Fair?
The highly frequented and mobile-optimised website of the RUB Career Fair offers you an interface to potential candidates even before the fair date. Four weeks before the fair, you can upload your job offers and your informative company profile to the event website. This allows students and graduates to prepare for the fair and their visit to your stand. After the fair, the company profiles and job offers remain online for up to six months, as experience shows that many students continue to visit the event website for information long after the fair has ended.
How do the packages

How do the days of the fair differ from one another?
Zunächst sind Ihre gewünschte Standgröße und Personenzahl am Messestand relevant. Das XL-Paket bietet Ihnen für vier Personen und mit acht Quadratmetern die größte Standfläche. Außerdem profitieren Sie von einigen Extras, die Ihre Arbeitgebermarke zudem in allen Messemedien noch besser positionieren. Sie können die Preise und Leistungen in der nachfolgenden Übersicht vergleichen.
There is no difference in the number of visitors on either day of the fair. The early publication of exhibitor profiles, around 2–4 weeks before the fair, gives students the opportunity to prepare for their visit in a targeted manner. This means that both days of the fair offer equally good opportunities and comprehensive information.
